OUR STORY

It was in October 2011 when a friend approached the couple, Engr. and Mrs. Purisimo L Tiam that a property owned by Mrs. Emily Quintos, located in Bascaran, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya was up for sale. It was a three (3) hectare lot which is located just at the back of PLTCI Luis A. Tiam Medical Center. The sale was consummated, that on November 11, of the same year, the laying of the cornerstone to build a resort was accomplished. The resort was named "PLT WELLNESS AND MOUNTAIN RESORT" because of its green surroundings and fresh environment.

On December 8, 2012, the resort had completed its first phase. An infinity pool, a kiddy play pool, 38 cottages, a 380 meter zip line, 400ft wall climb, the admin building, a function hall that has a full capacity of 400 people, started to operate. Six months later, an 18 room hotel was erected with the following amenities: fully air conditioned room with hot and cold bathroom, and a television. The rooms were classified as deluxe, twin sharing, standard and connecting room.
